Coat of Arms

Letter M, color blue and the motto: Although always unworthy, I wish to unite my life and ministry to Mary’s reply to the angel Gabriel: “Let it be done unto me according to your word.” In truth this Marian motto, which I consider to be an ever humble daily prayer, reminder and a discrete battlecry, has been the spirit which I have tried to learn and live ever since I felt the call to the priesthood.

Indistinct symbols of people under the letter M in the lower left compartment: I wish to show here the joy in serving and love for the little ones of God; also, to show how in evangelizing, I myself am thankfully blessed and evangelized.

Logo of the Archdiocese of Lipa and the Diocese of Boac at the two upper compartments: Lipa, symbolized by Mother Nature’s gifts namely, Taal Volcano, Taal Lake and Mt. Makulot, have been instrumental in the development and Christianization of the province. I pray that I be able to be a genuine shepherd and a gift from Batangas to the faithful of Boac.

Green lining: Symbol of St. Joseph and of every bishop faithfully fulfilling his mission in the spirit of humble service, fatherly care and spiritual builder.
